For more than four decades, Larry J. Ansell has been active in the real estate industry and has acquired dozens of commercial and residential investment assets that include apartment complexes, office buildings, hotels, a shopping center, and restaurant buildings. Larry Ansell is also an alumnus of Delphi University and holds a PhD in metaphysics.

The term itself reflects this through its components, meta and physics. Meta means 'over and beyond' while physics is the study of the physical aspect of nature through empirical research. They also intersect with religion and spirituality, in questioning the existence and mechanics of God, destiny, and free will. Metaphysical questions also find their way into areas of the empirical sciences that are not fully understood, such as the treatment and power of artificial intelligence, and the possibility of multiverses.
