We took the idea of these Indian artists because of their obvious western influence on art which ties to there being a unified infuluence on art We explored the the confict between the tactile and virtual worlds In making this collection, we Integrated the sculptures of Mrinalini Mukherjee with the paintings of Madan Pawar and Natvar Bhavsar, who was also inpired by the paintings of Rothko.
