The concept for Booze Gun covers, is for every song on the project to have a can filled with a liquor that alludes to the song's contents. For "Mistake" the liquor of choice is moonshine.
The lyrics of the song are featured on the back of the can, which will be showcased on the back of the CD box, as shown in the mockup (below).
