Video Concept:
Escapism means avoiding reflection so that people tend to escape from their reality or life routine or what bother them. I used the subway train car as a reference of self isolation far from people and the separator is the glass between world that is the escaper go for (inside train), and the outside real world (the platform full of people). Furthermore, I used the scene of the train path while moving speedily to refer to the travel that the train goes through, while all of these scenes the escaper is trying to hide his reflection by making lines to hide his reality. I used the repetition in scenes to express that the hiding trials are continuous as the escapism is a durable and frequent event. Also muffled sound effect over the sound of water and painting brush drop on the glass and sound of train movement to give the impression of isolation or non clear sound because of the presence in the escaping world.
