Design Theme
Animals are mysterious, and people's cognition of animals is only a glimpse. Each animal has its own mysterious characteristics. Humans cannot fully recognize and tame them. They are worthy of awe. What we can do is to express our awe and love for animal life in a human way, so that humans and animals can live in harmony, warm and depend on each other.
Screen five animal designs into five series, bird series, blue elephant series, tabby series, rhinoceros series, leopard series. With the art of line, the animal pattern is outlined in different shapes with gold thread.
In the early material selection, two materials, AB glue and UV glue, were initially selected to fix the gold wire forming. After testing, it was found that the forming speed of AB glue was slow, and the time for waiting for the glue to completely dry and cure was nearly 20 hours. The production cycle is long and the operation steps are complicated. The forming speed of UV is fast, the operation steps are simple, and the production cycle is short. Finally, UV glue is selected as the material for production. The pattern part uses kraft paper as the shading material, which is environmentally friendly and easy to color.
