I have always loved Jurassic Park, so I wanted to make my own poster with that inspiration, but then I was thinking about how Australia has its own dinosaurs and mega fauna fossils. So I decided to use ancient Australian fossils in my poster design. I also found out that at Lightning Ridge there has been opalized fossils discovered, which is a beautiful result of a very long opalization process. I made the fossils opalized in my illustrations because of this discovery.
