- Identify & prioritize requirements for future product rebuild
- Design improved to-be user journey
- Design to-be site-flow
- Design to-be lo-fi annotated wireframes
- Align to-be design with business unit (=product customer)
- Align to-be design with tech & ERP implementation team
- Harmonize overall UX & UI across all products
- Design Concepts for aligned UI (website header) and mock-up (click-dummies) for testing & feedback
- Build up concept & implement Styleguide (Vision: Design System) from scratch
- Align Styleguide with FE Team and ensure efficient process, implementation & sign-offs
- Define UX processes & hand-over / sign-offs
- Lead UX/UI team with 1 UX researcher & 1 UI Designer
