The inspiration for the SS' 22 collection has been derived from a papyrus painting taken from the tomb of the Egyptian Queen Nefertari, which shows her being led in the afterlife by Horus. The collection focuses on the garments of both Nefartari and Horus as these are representative of the garments of the time period. The motives and colours have been chosen from different elements of the painting.
