SMD has also developed a wide range of a ratio for this rotary application starting from 3 to 100. This Planetary solution can be also used in Robotics applications in 3 axis robotic arms, Delta robots, Articulated Robots because of its higher Accuracy and less Backlash feature. Indexing Flange upto 90 mm is available in SNDU Series. In some special cases SMD also provides this solution with 90ᵒ motion transmission.
