One hundred and fifty-five new residential units ranging from four bedrooms to studio apartments above boutique ground level shopping will act as a new gateway connecting the northern edge of the neighborhood and the North Station T terminal to the southern edge and Mass General Hospital. A new performing arts theater with a banquet hall will act as a pivot point to this new axis and a focal point to the end of Blossom street.
