Project Scope
After discussion with the client, we agreed to use the existing adapter between the master cylinder and the lever. This decision was made considering the client has already put research into different kind of adapters to fit with numerous motorcycles. Along with the adapter, we used the same mechanism for the adjustment wheels. Below is the sample given to us to reverse engineer and study on.
Design Inspiration

We understand that the client made a request to make the lever longer to enhance comfort. We made a couple 3D-printed prototypes with different length to be tested by the client. The lever was designed to be manufactured with CNC milling and anodized finish. We made sure to follow the budget guideline given by the client, one of the result was the flat bottom to cut the machining time and save cost.

With feedback from the factory we adjusted some of the design elements to be more suited for the CNC machining process. The project was a success, the client is happy with the product and its improvement. The project met the set time frame and manufacturing budget by the client. The design has been registered successfully/
