CMU's directory search was unresponsive and ugly … for 10+ years.

I mean, look at that Verdana!

I collaborated with a Python developer to re-skin this thing and make it more user-friendly. The search box even receives focus on page load. Gasp!

And it's mobile-friendly. Finally!

The results table is quite nice too.
