This assignment was designed to practice how to non destructively use masks and the brush tool to do isolations and blending in Photoshop. Other tools used were free transform, duplicate layers and layer styles that add a glow around the lighting. Turning the opacity level down on the environmental elements and a plain green layer creates the illusion that the fog and dust are glowing.
