Sephora WORK IT campaign is all about celebrating women and their make-up using Sephora products however they want to wear it, whether natural or glam up. It presents an inclusive and diverse vision of beauty, inviting young women, the growers of today’s society, to assert themselves, to strut their beauty and confidence regardless of their make-up style. This committed message reaffirms Sephora’s ongoing leadership in the beauty industry.

Beauty is no longer about models on catwalks or in magazines. Beauty is everywhere, from selfies on InstaStory or at the corner of streets. It is constantly changing and embracing. The campaign highlights a woman’s relationship with makeup. From buying an everyday concealer to touch up her undereyes or buying a full on eyeshadow palette for a night out with the girls. Every woman’s reason with their makeup is different throughout life and at each stage, she embraces her own beauty which will remain in her essence no matter how she wears it or what brand she uses.
