Reimagining:

The aim of this assignment was to change the colors but keeping the essence and mood of the given picture. This scene is captured from the movie " Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. The color red in the actual shot represents blood and the dull green in the reimagined version represents lack of light in life, as the ending scene covers the death of the lover of  the main hero his life becomes empty, therefore the ending scene foreshadows a melancholic mood. The use of clouded unsaturated tones was to translate the mood of the scene. 

In this project color extraction was the main goal and then color proportion bar was created. The reverse use of color was used to get an artistic expression. The accent tone was used as the main tone to achieve this expression.

Observational rendering 

Observational rendering of the fabric was done to deconstruct the layers of fabric. Various drawing tools were used to replicate the actual fabric.
