Café de olla is the way Mexico does coffee. Traditionally, since the early 1900s, people prepared coffee in mud pots, this adds a remarkable smoked flavor to coffee. The intention of this concept is propose a modern solution to prepare café de olla only requiring one kitchen utensil. It all started by making this design traditional, with elements that immediately identify as Mexican design embracing identity and adding modern materials for convenience. This is the interpretation of a Mexican coffee maker, alike French press, Italian espresso maker and other iconic coffee makers.
