The food is mainly French with contemporary American influences, giving rise to such unique specialties as Frog’s Leg on a stick. To make sure customers have a long mysterious emouvoir journey and arouse the complexity of your neuron systems is always their priority.
“ Emotion ” is the keyword to develop the concept of this restaurant. Curl or line is the main element used to express emotions of human. Comfort food usually will excites mind of ones , it created the excitement, mixture feelings in mind. It is just like a tangled lines being stimulated and being dispersed to all over a place. Lines are presented in repetitive,
twisted and streamlines.
“ Dispersion of Emouvoir ” means “ unwind the stirred up tangle ” ,this is how the concept being developed. An interior without any boundary wall is formed, just like the reflected concept, the same vibes are spreaded in a space or object, hence there should not have different them e or sections in the space. The changing of emotions is being reflected in the
motion or inconsistent streamlines that is formed in the interior.
