Using clay as a mockup material, I explored form for the handles, as well as how the design feels in real life regarding proportion and weight.

Once the mockups were completed, I moved on to 3D modelling in which I predominantly used surface modelling within solidworks to achieve the end result.

Below I superimposed a render of my spray gun into a photo of a person spraying. This demonstrates how the product would be used, and how it relates to the real world regarding its size and ergonomics.

Once the item was modelled, I had it 3D printed it using PLA. From here I was able to add the necessary brand identity features and colours.
