Color Studies
In my Design Fundamentals class we did several color studies. The projects were to show us how to simplify shading to a few shades using colors. These are my favorite three of the ones I did.
The first one is of a Siamese cat statue. This one was a monochromatic of a color of our choice. I chose a orange.
The second one is of a wolf. This one we were suppose to use yellow, an analogous color, and purple, the opposite of yellow. I chose orange as the analogous color and used it for the eyes.
The third one is of a woman. This one, we were suppose to use red, an analogous color, and green the opposite of red. I chose purple as the analogous and used it for the eyes.
