so-fi | Mobile App for Visually Impaired Children

VCDS3101 Interaction Design Studio | 2019
so-fi is a totally research-based, blind and visually impaired people-centered social mobile app designed in Yasar University Visual Communication Design 3rd year Interaction Design Studio by Merve Topay, Eylem Eylül Acarsoy and Zeynep Güneş Acar.
Sci-fi and sound merges with so-fi. It is so-fictional!

Children learn by playing, visually impaired children like to
touch and hear more than the others during play.
so-fi enriches the usual play experience by converting textures and materials into sound recordings, discoverable items in new sound universes and guides people to discover cultural areas in specific planets such as Kemeralti/Izmir.
Join the game and share the experience!

ENG | so-fi is calling the ones who wants to explore historic textures to its adventurous universe!
ENG | From the public exhibition of so-fi conducted by Yasar VCD, Izmir Tarih and Vestel
