An exploration of family, life, and loss after witnessing the birth of six puppies coincidentally a year after the death of my grandmother. My maternal grandmother had also given birth to six children in her lifespan, and the spontaneity of such events felt both mystical and profound. As a result, I wanted to pursue a visual exploration of life after intense loss concerning these personal events and histories that binds me to think of mortality and memoir in newfound ways.
