This conceptual project is a reconstruction and a renovation of the house near the Gudiashvili Square on Akhospireli street in Old Tbilisi.
The front facade of the house is an example of European architecture while the inner yard and the balconies are of a local traditional style that is known as the Tbilisian architecture.
This house captures the essence of the Tbilisian architecture: the mix of a Western-European facade and a local Tbilisian inner yard with its iconic balconies and intricate openwork railings.
