Client : DOA e-sports team ( DEFENSE OF ALIENS )

Project : Mascot Logo design 

Client's specifications : - Logo should contain an alien as the character

                                         - Logo should give the idea of Basketball

                                         - The theme color should be green

Softwares used : Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

My idea : Client's needed a logo since they were going to participate in an international                      NBA 2k19 e-sports tournament representing Sri Lanka which was organized by                  Indonesia. The name of their team was 'DEFENSE OF ALIENS' (DOA). So I                        thought of adding a xenomorph (A xenomorph is a type of alien from the science-                     fiction horror franchise Alien known for its grotesque appearance and parasitic form                   of reproduction)  instead of the ordinary alien because the xenomorph looks                        more badass. And since the clients requested to design the logo to give it a                        basketball vibe I thought of adding a basketball. Since the Xenomorph has a                      long tail I thought of designing the logo with a xenomorph holding a basketball                    with its tail which gives the logo a fierce look as well as a good shape. Finally I                    added a shield like design to the background which could make the logo look                      even more awesome.
