Some say it's an illusion, some say it's a straight line. All I know is that we won't be able to win against it. In the end, we will all succumb to it. This piece is a reminder that our end depends on time.

The Raven
Crows have been demonized and also depicted with precision in poems and paintings. Their keen sense of presence and awareness can be off-putting to the observer. Although many cultures regard crows as guardians of the law, we know them as evil birds, because of their colors or their sharp intelligence. For me, it is a way of searching for the evil within us in another creature.
In this work, I reproduced the unique composition and light rules of the legendary artist David Ligare.
