How can I show peoples personalities through my pieces?

Idea:in my projects I showed my friends personality and characteristics through ideas I thought would best fit her. 

Materials: I used photoshop to combine images and blend them together. I also used a Japanese painting style to create a background that I thought best fit. 

Process: I used brush tools to add shadow and the eraser tool to make the images come together. I then grabbed a piece of paper and some paint and water to create a swirly, colorful background to bring the piece together.
