This interactive exhibition is centered on the art of Chinese glove puppetry called,'Budaixi.'

The purpose of this interactive design experience, ‘Budaixi Re-imagined’, is to allow visitors to explore the art of ‘Budaixi’ in a more engaging and meaningful way compared to the traditional passive actions of reading and looking at museum artifacts. The interaction uses augmented reality, an accelerometer and projectors to immerse visitors in a game of finding invisible deities. 

The museum interaction is conveyed through the narrative of a grandpa and granddaughter’s visit to ‘Budaixi Re-imagined.'
