The Voyage | Video | 2019
This was an academic project that aimed to create an intro for a future movie, based on an already existing book.
The chosen book was “The Voyage”, from Murray Bail, which tells a story about a middle-aged australian man who constructs a revolutionary piano and tries to present it to the grand old market of classical music. Taking the narrative into account, and also the two key-words that define this book - piano and traveling - the concept of the movie intro was to take the audience into a journey through the inside of a piano, and make them see its little details. For that, closed-up frames were mainly used.
The song featured in this project is ‘Water Ripples’, from Enno Aare.
