Concept : Rain Water Harvesting through Stepwell
Chand Baori is a stepwell which harvests & collects rain water and provides this water to the kingdom as well as the village people throughout the year. As, talking about history, people speak about forts, palaces, battle fields, etc but majority people are unknown about these stepwells and their importance during that period.
Many Baoris are today in ruins, and many are used as garbage dumps and public latrines. Therefore, this project is all about making people aware about these unique and important structures of our Indian Culture.
