Phở Kup is a sub-brand with the mission of focusing more on "organic" ingredients and even especially suitable for vegetarians. The brand hope that more and more customers can enjoy the taste of Vietnamese phở in the US.


Accompanying the brand from the Phở Nomenal project launch in Seattle (2019), now Paz continues to be entrusted by the passionate founder, in order to emphasize 02 values of Phở Kup: “pure Vietnamese” and “good for health” - all focus on “organic” towards people’s health and suitable for vegetarians.

The “Pure Vietnamese” idea is inspired by Royal ancient patterns of the Nguyen Dynasty, which is known as the period that makes a huge change in Vietnamese history and also be said to be the time when the history of the traditional phở begins.
