INSPIRATION
Taking Inspiration from different elements of the Mughal architecture monuments the lamp tries to replicate that feeling, simulating it almost, to the aura that is created by the sunset light passing through the Mughal jaali windows. Each part of the lamp takes inspiration from different features of the Mughal architecture, be it the base of the lamp which is inspired from the forms of the pillars and the lamp shade takes inspiration from the arches.
The Making of...
Base of the lamp is made of white marble using the stone turning technique
Shade of the lamp is made of metal using the laser cutting machine
Assembly
The lamp can be easily disassembled for easy packaging.
