Brief was "Art Deco/Sydney Moderns exhibition", interpreted by noticing that artists of the period were inspired by the new, including machines, cities etc. Computers and the internet are the dominant new force for our age. The design is inspired by computer chips and networks, flightpaths and infographics showing Twitter / Facebook connections and social graphs.
