Few songs transport one into a dreamscape, Sigur Ros's Se lest led me here. Illustrated using Indian Ink and watercolours and overload of Photoshop texture brushes for the final layers. The song made me feel like a shephard, where the rolling hills were my flock.
Another tune from the band called Vaka found me wandering near a pond, in a haven of fireflies. Used the same technique of water colours and inks with final touchups on photoshop. Songscapes are a place of their own. This was my exploration and experience of the two melodies.
The song Takk often found me on an island of thoughts, in the presence of the moonlit horizon. Illustrated on an Indiapost postcard with dry pastels and acrylic paints.
