Conducting user tests and interviews is one of the parts that I enjoy the most in the UX space. I have facilitated more than 100 in the past years and I believe this is one of my biggest strengths. 

I have developed good intuition to easily empathise with the users and make them feel comfortable so they can express their thoughts openly. My main goal is to capture enough information, emotions (positive or negative) and feedback to validate the hypothesis that I prepare before the sessions.
