This is an academic project, that was about crafting a paper mask for any character.
I chose (Edward Scissorhands). I wanted to manifest the idea of (how people see him, and who he is indeed) I started to think with the half and half concept, the sharp edges of his hands (that is what people think and how they see him), and other shapes like flowers, feathers (that refer to how kind he truly is). I tried to apply these ideas on a face shaped mask, but it was not good enough, and after searching a lot, I found that I can use the crane's concept to present my idea. And I am so satisfied with the results !.
