The Central Park on Copeland residential subdivision features 34 fee simple sections with a range of two and three-bedroom townhouses. I worked on this project from early concept through to building consent under a senior architect. I developed the concept with input from others and refined it with new team members at developed design stage. This project involved urban designers, planners, landscape architects, surveyors, structure and fire engineers.
