I created this pen for a customer whose company colors were green and yellow. This dyed piece of wood was a perfect match! 

Many times when I tell people that I make pens they look at my like I'm crazy so I thought it would be helpful to have a video to refer them to so they can see the process. 

I shot the entire video using my iPhone and this phone mount on a tripod placed in front of the lathe. 

I did my rough cuts in Premiere Rush right in the phone and then finished up the rest of the movie magic in Premiere Pro. I was too lazy to hook up microphones or to narrate in post so I took the easy way out with music and captions, I hope you don't mind.
