Looping GLB AR Art Piece
This past year, I've become more interested in metaverse and AR experiences. I'm primarily known for my highly choreographed and complex looping 3D animations, and I've thought often about how my traditional video/animation work could translate to the sculptural realm. I've begun to create several real-time pieces to explore this space, while maintaining the core essence of my video work. I'm also somewhat established in the NFT art scene, and I see a future for AR and real-time pieces to populate the metaverse. I'm hoping, with my work, to help provide some artistic framework for their development and adoption as NFTs.
This piece is a little bit of a bridge. It's an offshoot of development work for an upcoming video piece that I thought would also make a nice complimentary sculpture. It's currently released as a limited edition NFT, viewable here.
