SYMBIOSIS: THE ART OF LIVING TOGETHER FT. LAVALE VILLAGE
Being accustomed to city life, I was captivated by the symbiosis of humans, nature, and wildlife when I took a small excursion to a village named Lavale, situated in the outskirts of Pune, Maharashtra.
It was a surreal experience for me as the village blooms with a diversity of flora and fauna. The villagers have formed a special bond with nature and wildlife. I observed that every household petted an animal who was well taken care of by their masters. Stray dogs and cats were adopted by families.

Another thing that mesmerized me was the villagers led a simple life with priority given to relationships and community life. I could capture an aged mother taking care of her specially-abled son while working, a woman working hard to provide extra income to the family, a woman taking pride to pose for the camera, a young kid passionate about education and going to school, a woman washing clothes and smiling at the birds chirping.
The inhabitants of Lavale village have formed an incredible ecosystem of love, care, happiness, and hospitality in harmony with mother nature, depicting the true meaning of SYMBIOISIS.
I believe city dwellers can learn from my experience and find methods to appreciate our surroundings and resources.
