The assignment was to create a series of four postcards for an existing furniture company in the announcement of their new designer chairs series. I was assigned to do Charles and Ray Eames designer chairs and the contemporary furniture company CB2. Since the designer and the furniture company both share a similarity of minimalism, I decided not to make the postcards too crazy just so they carry on a similar style. Bright colors were used not only to catch people's eyes, but also to frame and pop the chairs. The name of the series was placed right in the center so it delivers the message right away.
