Tool design & manufacturing | Tube Notcher
Designed in SOLIDWORKS as a Steel & Aluminium assembly to notch tubing up to 65mm in diameter.
The main frame is made of laser-cut and Press-brake bent steel TIG welded together.
The hole saw guide is made of a machined 2000 series aluminium bar,
incorporating 2 needle roller bearings, to keep the 20mm hole saw shaft in place.
