Complete tube bender and die set design and construction
Designed to be used with an up to 15t hydraulic jack, and to bend tubing up to 55mm in diameter. The main frame is constructed from 8mm-/3mm St52 steel parts that were TIG welded and spray painted for protection.
The base´s flange, allows the bender to be bolted to a portable cart or a stable surface, in order to conform to the working needs and environment.
The 3 part Die set consist of a forming Die, a follower support and a ''U'' strap.
300mm diameter, 60mm thick steel before and after being machined to fit 42mm tubing
