In 2021, I collaborated with Miller Thomson LLP's Condominium & Strata Group. This team specializes in offering legal services to condominium corporations, owners, and developers, addressing a wide range of legal issues.
Objective and Target Audience of the B2B Marketing Campaign
The objective of this B2B marketing campaign was to develop a value-driven offer, specifically an eBook, targeted exclusively at Property Managers in Ontario.
Campaign Strategy and Goal
Our goal was to craft an offer so enticing that it would motivate Property Managers in Ontario to provide their contact details to the firm in exchange for the eBook.
Results of the Campaign
This B2B marketing campaign achieved tremendous success, generating more than 80 solid marketing qualified leads (MQLs) in under three months for our lead nurturing funnel. It significantly aided in business development and created five win-back opportunities for the Group.
Landing Page Strategy and Lead Management Process
The main campaign landing page was designed to promote the gated content, namely the eBook. The copy on this page was crafted to stimulate interest among the incoming traffic, encouraging visitors to submit their contact details. Upon submission, these details were stored in the CRM system (InterAction). From there, the contact information was exported for cluster analysis, segmentation for lead nurturing, and further business development tactics.
