Gaby Benecke and Emma Larson-White teamed up to create Gem, a bakery that specializes in plant based cookies baked-to-order in Queens, NY. As self-taught bakers with a passion for the environment and sustainability, Gaby and Emma strove to create a cookie experience that caters to all; no matter their dietary preference.
I wanted to create a fun, approachable branding package that reflected Gem’s vision of cookies-for-all: a custom pattern designed with a treasure chest in mind and colors that were a touch French patisserie, a little bit Cookie Monster, and a lot of party!
