Black offers comprehensive solutions to real estate investors. They visualize, execute and materialize real estate developments in a unique and stylish way through a multidisciplinary work structure consisted of 2 sub-companies: Braco Construction and Abram & Nicolini Architects.

They create a real estate project, sell it to an investor, and then design, execute, and market that project.





The idea of this project was to create a visual identity strongly supported by the use of simple geometric shapes and a clean use of white space through simple compositions and a good grid system.

Integration, simplicity, and balance were the key concepts that we began to explore and that eventually shaped the identity of this company.





This visual identity had to be flexible enough to be able to develop two sub-identities within the main identity of the company: one for Braco Constructions and the other for Abram-Nicolini Architecture Studio​​​​​​​, two faces of the company in charge of projecting and materializing the real estate developments that Black carries out.

The flexibility of the simple geometric shapes allowed us to work on two logos that would take characteristics of the main brand (Black) but would have their own personality. These unique morphological characteristics, combined with a change in the color palette, would give it what it takes to differentiate itself, but at the same time, be reminiscent of the main brand.
