For example, the end of a chapter in a book acts as a stopping cue, giving the reader a place to stop. In many modern apps, elements like this are purposefully removed so a user is active on the app for longer. 

This app allows the user to change these aspects of their phone, so they can introduce their own stopping cues, as well as monitor overall phone use.
