BlackBerry Land is a spectacular meeting place and lounge space attached to venues during the PanAm Games in Toronto in 2015. This experience is based on mirroring the success of the BlackBerry network into a physical space for people to enjoy.  The interior is a grassy park with passageways where participants can choose to enter visceral experiences related to the sporting events. The glass cube structure itself displays data visualizations showing the BlackBerry network. One visualization is a square lights up when you send a BBM within the cube, another is tracking the BlackBerry users coming to the events. The model could be adopted to more permanent structures around the city. BlackBerry Land changes the way people interact with their spaces and their city.
