Pinot Noir
wine –
label design

I am anything but a sommelier, but I love wine - preferably white! My choice of wine is therefore limited to the colour and the label. It's just that a design rarely appeals to me. Many labels are simple and elegant, but why?

Here my idea: The geometric shapes and the strong colours represent the diversity of the Pinot Noir wine. The design shows the Marlborough summer combined with the love of agriculture and the fine handwork for a special harvest, ripened on the steep slopes of New Zealand. The label features the long vines, the mountains, the warm sun, a winemaker enjoying the fruity scent of the white win and an extra-large hand that stands for the passion for the craft. This makes the special wine not only a delight for the palate but also an absolute eye-catcher on every wine shelf.
