Permaculture Park
This park aims to reintroduce nature to the city.
Sustainable agriculture of organic farm and a self sufficient food forest connect visitors to land and food, creating an opportunity for them to learn from the process of “from soil to plate”. Thus promotes a culture of respect to the nature. Organic local farm produce benefits the Hong Kong food supply cycle in long term, while the increased bio-diversity helps visitors establish physical and mental health.
The farm provide spaces for visitors to gather and recharge in nature, while farmers could start new, authentic and meaning relationships with the fellow local food lovers, strengthening cohesion of community and is consistent with the future of Hong Kong.
