Hand Forged Viking Style Knife
Blade grade steel, oak, brass rod and epoxy.
Special techniques included hand forging a solid piece of metal to create a leading edge which became the blade used in the construction. Challenge was to keep the steel hot enough to work efficiently, but also not too hot which would cause the steel to burn leading to poor structural integrity and ultimately breaking.
Steering Wheel re-design for Triking Sports Car
Sheet and rod aluminium, oak and mahogany.
Processes used included plasma cutting the aluminium which required precision and temperature control. Polished to the client's required level of finish.

Fire Poker features a Celtic Twist which was especially challenging to achieve because it demands fast paced work as it has to be completed in one process.
