Before restoration.
Lost leather at both top and bottom part of the book flap and lost part at the bottom part of the book cover.
After restoration.
Pieces of leather have been attached and inserted at the lost parts (top and bottom) of the flap. The lost part at the bottom part of the cover has been retouched with acrylic paint according to its original leather colour.
